How it all began…

Serhii and Victoria first met while working together at a dance studio in West Palm Beach, Florida. What began as a professional partnership soon grew into something much more. As dance instructors, they spent many hours competing together, teaching students, and choreographing routines for wedding couples — never realizing that their own love story was quietly beginning to take shape.

They will always be grateful to Ju-Ja, Serhii’s old car, for playing a pivotal role in their story. One day, when Ju-Ja broke down, Victoria offered Serhii a ride home — and what started as a quick favor turned into an incredible conversation that neither wanted to end. After that day, the conversation never stopped. They’d linger for hours after work, talking long after the studio lights dimmed — at the door, on the sidewalk, and finally leaning against their cars after the fourth (or fifth) “goodbye.”

And a few months later — on Serhii’s 35th birthday — that they had their first official date.

As they got to know each other beyond the dance floor, they discovered that their connection ran deeper than either of them expected. They bonded over a shared love of dance and the joy of helping others grow. Serhii introduced Victoria to his passion for ceremonial tea — slow, intentional, and peaceful — and somehow made even her (slightly crazy) cat completely fall in love with him. In return, Victoria brought laughter, energy, and endless conversation into his quiet world.

And before they knew what had happened, two fiercely independent over-thinkers had fallen completely and effortlessly in love.
